Agreement to Terms
By installing or using the Pick a Card! iPhone app or accessing pickacard.app (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the Site.
The Pick a Card! app
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own performance, rehearsal, and entertainment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific performance needs.
Siri phrases
Siri voice-trigger behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings. Phrases suggested in the app are starting points — actual recognition depends on iOS.

Use of the Site
This website is provided for informational purposes about the Pick a Card! app and related content. You may browse the Site freely, but you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site

Common terms
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Magic Shop, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app or the Site.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
